Denmark / Carbon Capture and permanent storage
The need for low-cost CO2 capture and storage (CCS) is critical for achieving global climate goals, especially in sectors that are difficult to decarbonize, such as heavy industry, shipping, aviation, and energy production. As countries and industries set more ambitious climate targets, cost-effective CCS technologies will be key to reducing CO2 emissions at scale.
We have co-founded a Danish climate tech start-up with focus on developing low-cost technologies to capture and store co2. The technology is currently in development, and we are expecting a commercial launch in 2026.
